    How the arithmetic works

A credit is roughly an hour for someone who does this work every day. It takes you longer because it isn't your craft, and it takes your team longer than it takes a specialist. That is what the two multipliers are for. Change any of them and the numbers above move.

    This month
    ( 01 )

The list grows faster than the day does.

Every owner we work with has the same list. It gets pushed to the evening, then to the weekend, then to next month. The work is real. It is also not why you started the business.

    Sound familiar?

    • “The newsletter hasn't gone out since May.”
    • “Four quotes went quiet and nobody followed up.”
    • “The website still says 2024.”
    • “I did the bookkeeping at 11pm on a Sunday.”
    • “The freelancer disappeared halfway through.”
    • “It's eight hours a week of work. Nobody hires for that.”
    ( 02 )

    Here is how it works

Three steps. No proposals, no scoping calls, no minimums.

    1

    Send us your list

Type it here, email it, or tell us on a 15-minute call. It can be messy and half-finished. Marketing, sales, websites, bookkeeping, admin: anything on it.

    Takes two minutes

    2

    See the price first

Every item comes back sized in credits. A Quick fix is 1, an Update 2, a New piece 5, a Build 12. You see the total and the monthly plan it fits before you say yes.

Nothing is charged until you approve

    3

    We do the work

Senior people who do that kind of work every day take it from there. You have one point of contact, and every month you get a written summary of what was done and what is next.

Most work starts the same week

    ( 03 )

Cheaper than a hire. Easier than a freelancer. Faster than an agency.

You have three other ways to get this work done. Here is how they compare.

A hire makes sense when you have forty hours a week of one kind of work. Most owners have eight hours a week of six kinds. That is what Fracs is for.

Nothing is charged without your OK

Three things that are true on every plan.

    i.

    Prices come first

Every item is priced in credits before work starts, and you approve the list. We say so when we cannot size something, rather than guessing.

    ii.

    One point of contact

You never manage freelancers or chase anyone. One person, one invoice, one written summary at the start of each month.

    iii.

    Leave in one email

Cancel any month, move to a smaller plan any month, or take the priced list and do it yourself. No minimum term.

    Common questions

What exactly are the two free credits?
About two hours of real work. For example an Update (2 credits) or two Quick fixes. You send your list, we price it, you pick what goes first, and the first two credits are free. No card, and nothing renews.
    What is a credit?
One credit is about one hour of work by a senior specialist. Every item on your list is sized as a Quick fix (1), an Update (2), a New piece (5) or a Build (12). Bigger projects like a new website or a rebrand are quoted separately at a fixed price.
What happens to credits I don't use?
They expire at the end of the month. That is what keeps the price per credit low. Move down a plan in a quiet month. It takes one email.
I already have a team. Where does this fit?
Alongside them. Most of what we do is work your team could do but never gets to: the follow-up emails, the page that has been half-written since spring, the CRM nobody has cleaned up. You are buying the hours they don't have without adding headcount.
    Who actually does the work?
Senior people who specialise in one kind of work: marketing, sales, websites, money, operations or strategy. One point of contact in Des Moines coordinates all of them. You never manage the specialists yourself.
What does it cost to find out?
Nothing. Pricing your list is free and takes seconds, quotes on bigger projects are free, and the first two credits are on us. Nothing is charged without your OK.
