Pricing
ONE LIST. One price. HANDLED.
Your to-do list, done by senior people, for credits. Credits refill monthly. Standing functions are flat. Every plan cancels anytime.
No scoping calls, no proposals, no $5K minimums. You say what's on your list, the calculator prices each item in credits, and you pick what happens this month.
The membership
change or cancel any monthOne membership. Pick how much work is in it.
Every plan below is the same membership — member rates, priority over one-off requests, and the monthly note asking what's on your list. What changes is how many credits come with it.
One credit is one unit of expert work — about an hour as the baseline. Money, marketing, ops, sales, leadership, web and content — one list, one balance, and the calculator prices anything that doesn't map cleanly to a size.
The rate slides as the commitment grows: $37.38 a credit on Frac 1, down to $33.32 on Frac 12 and Embedded. Commitment is rewarded and nothing is discounted. Top-up credits are $39 for members and subscribers, $49 a-la-carte.
Credits expire at the end of the month. Top up when the month runs heavy; drop a rung when it runs light. If the work's not there, it doesn't offend us — both take one email.
Price this against the thing you'd otherwise do: a fractional hire or an agency retainer at $3,000–$6,000 a month. Credits are priced against the outcome, not against an hourly rate.

A month, sized
four sizes · that's the systemWhat's on your list this month?
Pick what's on your list. You get the number before you spend anything.
Every rung costs less per credit than the rung below it and less than topping up, so the month your list reaches the next number, the next plan is the cheaper way to buy it. We say so when it happens, and we show the arithmetic.
What each size means
Four sizes, and that's the whole system: a Quick fix is 1, an Update is 2, a New piece is 5 and a Build is 12. One credit is about an hour of expert work. Every request comes back sized before anything starts, and anything that doesn't land cleanly on a size gets priced by the calculator instead of guessed at.
Bigger than a Build is never a credit spend. It becomes a fixed-scope quote, and the conversation is free.

With an executive
quoted capacity · not a credit countNeed more than hands?
Embedded and Partner put a named executive in the business — weekly calls, real judgment, vendors managed. It is quoted rather than laddered, because what you are buying is capacity rather than a number of credits. Calls and questions never count against anything.

Functions we run for you
flat monthly · not creditsHow these are priced: specialists on our bench do the delivery at their rate, and our fee for scoping, briefing and managing them is built into one flat number. One invoice, one point of contact, no vendor management on your side.
The fine print
all of it · no asterisksNo term and no minimum, and no pressure to use it. Every plan changes or cancels any month, by email. A light month means dropping a rung and keeping the membership, not a call about your engagement — the work's not there, and it doesn't offend us. Remaining work ships and your site keeps running through the period you paid for.
Credits expire at the end of the month. They are an allowance rather than a bank, which is what keeps the rate low. Top up when the month runs heavy; drop a rung when it runs light.
Nothing is charged without a click. Anything beyond the plan comes back with a number and waits. Extra credits are $39 for members and subscribers, $49 a-la-carte.
Urgent work is free on every plan. Broken, down, or on fire costs nothing and jumps the queue.
You own the work. Files, accounts, domains and code are yours, and they leave with you if you go.
Priced in seconds, NOT MEETINGS.
Type the thing you keep putting off and watch it get a number.
