While you’re out: enquiries get a warm same-day reply, meetings get moved with apologies in your voice, the urgent-looking-but-not-urgent gets held with a note. You get one short digest a day, or none if you prefer.

Run out mid-month? Credits are $39 each as a member ($49 without). We always ask first, and nothing is surprise-billed. One credit is about an hour of senior work, and credits expire at the end of the month. Embedded and Partner start at $3,999 a month and are quoted as capacity. Every plan cancels in one email.

What about confidential things?

We work from your rules. Anything you flag as private gets held unread for your return. Access is granted by you and revoked by you.

What if a client insists on me?

They get an honest answer and a booked slot for the week you’re back. Nobody is told you’re unreachable forever; they’re told when.

What counts as a fire?

You define it before you leave. Site down, money leaving, a deal dying. The list is yours, and it’s usually shorter than you think.
