Your to-do list, done by senior people, for credits. You send the work you don't want to do, can't do, or don't have time for, and a real person in the relevant seat does it. Everything below is the long version of that.
The answer, in plain words

Membership starts at $299 a month and there are four rungs — Walk, Jog, Run and Sprint — carrying 8, 16, 40 and 90 credits, at $37.38, $36.19, $34.98 and $33.32 a credit. One credit is about an hour of expert work. Work is priced in credits at four sizes: a Quick fix is 1, an Update is 2, a New piece is 5, a Build is 12. A top-up credit is $39 for members and subscribers and $49 a-la-carte. The size is on the screen before you agree to anything, and nothing is charged without your OK.
Give us the list of things you don't want to do. Ninety per cent of it we can do, or place with someone vetted — and when we can't, we'll tell you straight. Money, marketing, ops, sales, leadership, web and content all come off the same list. Fracs is for everyone — any founder, any gender.
Some things are not credit work at all. Bookkeeping, the newsletter, the outbound and a few other standing functions are flat monthly instead, switched on and off by the month. Anything bigger than a Build — a new site, a migration, a whole system — is never a credit spend either. It comes back as one fixed-scope quote, and that conversation is free.
What you never do is pick who does it. You send the list in the words you would use out loud, and we work out whose job each thing is. One list, one invoice, one point of contact.
Credits expire at the end of the month, so a light month costs the membership and nothing else — drop a rung and keep going. The work's not there; it doesn't offend us. Every plan changes or cancels any month, by email.
Every seat in the org chart

An org chart is a list of the jobs a business needs doing. A one-person company has nearly the same list as a hundred-person company — what it doesn't have is somebody sitting in each box. The sales seat is still there. So is the marketing seat, the money seat, and the one where the paperwork goes to be forgotten.
Fracs™ fills six of them. Not with a hire and not with software, but with a person who does that kind of work, for the hours the work takes and no longer. You don't choose which seat your request belongs in. You describe the thing; the filing is our job.

Going away for a week
“I'm going on vacation next week. I just need someone to watch my inbox and schedule some meetings.”
- What happens
- Anything in that inbox that turns out to be work — a page, a broken form, a post to publish, a quote nobody chased — gets sized off a list and done while you're gone. Anything broken is fixed for nothing and doesn't wait on your approval.
- Who picks it up
- Tech & Dev and Sales, mostly. Nobody sits in a seat called inbox.
- What it costs
- The work is sized the usual way — 1, 2, 5 or 12 credits, and urgent things are free on every plan. Reading the inbox and holding your calendar is not on the published price list, so it isn't a number. That one is a conversation, and the conversation is free.
Going away for longer
“I want to enjoy my honeymoon. I need someone to fill in for me while I'm out.”
- What happens
- The list you leave behind gets sized, started and shipped without you. The decisions that can't wait get made by someone who already knows how you would have made them — which only works if that person was in the business before you left.
- Who picks it up
- Leadership. On Embedded or Partner that's a named person who is already there every week, so on the day you go there is nothing to hand over.
- What it costs
- Embedded / Partner starts at $3,999 a month, quoted as capacity — around 28 hours a week, roughly 120 credits at $33.32 each — rather than as a credit count. It isn't priced as two weeks of cover and we would say so if you asked us to sell it that way. You can hand over a business that has already been handed over. You can't hand one over in a week.
A build, then nothing

- What happens
- We build it, and then we stop. A whole new site is the one thing credits don't buy — it comes back as a single fixed-scope quote. The pieces around it are sized like anything else: what to charge is a Build, the formation and agreement paperwork is quoted rather than listed.
- Who picks it up
- Tech & Dev for the building, Leadership for the pricing, Ops & HR for the paperwork. Three seats, one invoice, and you don't sort them.
- What it costs
- The quote, plus whatever you chose to add — a pricing model is a Build at 12 credits, $468 as a top-up at the member rate, or twelve of the sixteen that come with Jog. Nothing about a build requires a membership, and the conversation about it is free. The leaving-you-alone part is already in the terms — every plan cancels any month, by email, with no retention script.
One event
“I need to do a Christmas party, but I kind of just want to show up and enjoy it.”
- What happens
- The paper and the chasing come to us: the invitation, the page people reply on, the reminder the week before, the caterer who hasn't answered in four days. The room, the food and the evening stay yours.
- Who picks it up
- Marketing for the invitation and the page, Ops for the vendors.
- What it costs
- An invitation and a page built from the design system you already have are New pieces — 5 credits each, $195 as a top-up at the member rate. A note you've written and want sent is an Update, 2. Chasing a vendor for an answer costs nothing on Embedded and Partner. Planning the party has no published size and nobody from Fracs will be in the room, so the parts that aren't in this list aren't a number.
Two of the four have something on them we don't publish a price for. That is the honest shape of it: we would rather say so than put a number on a guess. When something sits between two sizes we take the smaller one, and when it sits outside them we say that instead.

Credit work is ours. We do the doing, and what comes back is the thing plus a plain note of what changed and what you have left.
The standing functions are delivered by independent specialists at their own rate, and they own the relationship with the work. Our fee is for scoping, briefing and managing them. Either way it is one invoice, and there is no vendor to manage on your side.
The limits
Placement is in, authorship is out. We publish the newsletter you send. When the words have to be written it starts with a conversation rather than a blank document arriving in your inbox.
Some things have no published price. Watching an inbox is one. Planning a party is another. We say so rather than quote a number we would have made up — and telling you something isn't worth doing has never cost a credit.
