The bench

OFF YOUR PLATE. Onto ours.

Sales, marketing, leadership, money, ops and tech. One list, one invoice — you never pick a team. One credit is about an hour of expert work, and every row below is priced in them.

Sales on demand

the follow-up you keep meaning to do

Sequences, lists, CRM setup, proposal templates.

Most founder-led businesses lose more money to quotes nobody chased than to quotes nobody won. This door is the plumbing for that: the list, the sequence, the reminder, the template that stops you rewriting the same proposal.

Ongoing outbound at volume is a standing function rather than credits, priced flat per month. Everything smaller lives here.

Publish a supplied post, update a list2
Follow-up sequence, CRM pipeline set up5

Marketing on demand

a file or a send at the end

Decks, collateral, newsletters, campaigns, social.

The deck you rebuilt at midnight before the meeting. The one-pager sales keeps asking for. The logo files nobody can find. We work from the brand you have, and if you don't have one, that's a Build and we'll say so before starting.

Writing is its own thing. We place content you supply as ordinary work, and when the words have to be written it starts with a conversation with us rather than a blank document sent to you.

The newsletter, the campaign, the posting schedule and the video are standing functions rather than credits — switched on by the month, switched off any month. Anything with a start and an end is credit work and gets sized like everything else.

What it costs

Leadership on demand

the value is the judgment

Pricing, positioning, plans, hiring, vendor choice.

The three questions you've been carrying since spring: what to charge, who to hire, whether to keep the vendor. On the credit plans these arrive as documents — a pricing model, a quarterly plan, a hiring scorecard.

On Embedded and Partner it stops being documents. You get a named executive who knows the business, weekly, and the calls and questions never count against anything.

Money on demand

the books · and the number

Bookkeeping, reconciliation, reports you can read.

The books are the part that stays quiet until something needs them — a loan, a quote, a question about whether last quarter was actually good. Bookkeeping runs as a standing function at a flat monthly rate: reconciled every month, with a report written to be read rather than filed.

The other half is the number itself. What to charge, what a service actually costs to deliver, what next year looks like on paper. That's credit work and it's sized like everything else — a pricing model or a forecast is a Build.

Ops & HR on demand

the paperwork that bites later

Handbooks, onboarding, agreements, formation.

The contractor agreement you've used since 2021 because rewriting it was never the most urgent thing. The onboarding you redo from memory each time. The formation paperwork that was right when you filed it and hasn't been looked at since. None of it matters until it does.

This is credit work, sized like everything else: drafts and checklists are a New piece, a simple handbook is a Build. Where something needs a licensed professional — employment law varies by state — we bring one in from the bench, and you see that cost before anyone starts.

Tech & Dev on demand

1–12 credits · usually days

Pages, sites, features, fixes, integrations, automations.

The website that was current at launch and hasn't been touched since. The form nobody knew was broken. The page you keep meaning to add. Send it in the words you'd use out loud and it comes back sized.

New pages built from the design system you already have are ordinary work. Anything bigger than that — a new site, a migration, a rebuild — is a fixed quote instead, and the conversation about it is free.

What it costs

Broken link, wrong hours, price change1
Form fields, a redirect, a post published2
New page, speed pass, SEO fixes5
Custom landing page, gated content12
Site downBackups, patches and uptime, always0

Two rates, one bench

We make you a thing, or we make you a decision.

Which kind of work it is doesn't change the price. What changes it is whether the answer is a file or a judgment. Pages, decks, sequences and fixes are the first kind. Pricing, hiring and vendor choices are the second.

Both come out of the same monthly balance, so a month can go entirely into a landing page, entirely into a pricing model, or split however the month actually went. Bookkeeping, the newsletter and the other standing functions sit outside the balance — they're flat monthly, switched on and off by the month.

DON'T PICK. That's the point.

Type the thing in and we'll work out whose job it was.
