WHAT WE DO with your information.
Short version: we use what you send us to price your list and to answer you. We don’t sell it, and we don’t put you on a mailing list you didn’t ask for. We also try to work out who is visiting this site, which is the part most companies bury — it has its own section below.

Who we are
Fracs LLC, 204 12th Street, Suite 208, Des Moines, Iowa 50309. We are a single-member Iowa limited liability company owned by Primortul LLC. For anything on this page, write to hello@fracs.io and a person will answer.
What we collect
What you type
When you send us your list, we receive what you put in the form: the list itself, and — at the point you ask us to send it — your name, your email address, and your business or website if you give one. We also record which page or advertisement you arrived from, so we know which of our own efforts are worth continuing.
The list is free text. Please don’t put anything in it you would not want in an email: no passwords, no card numbers, no client records. If you need to send us something sensitive, say so and we will arrange a better way.
What you give Frix
Frix, at fracs.io/frix, takes what you paste or attach and returns a finished version. We keep what you pasted, the finished version, and a record that protects the private link to it. If you send it to a Panel we also keep your email address, the readers’ notes, the recommendations you approve, the version Frix makes from them, and anything you later tell us about how it went. The same advice applies: no passwords, card numbers or client records.
Your meetings in Frix
If your team uses Frix for its weekly meeting, Frix receives the notes or transcript of that meeting: pasted by you, sent by Fireflies once you connect it, recorded by the Frix bot when you invite it or set it to join your weekly meeting, or recorded in the room from your team page. Frix reads it for the decisions, to-dos, weekly numbers and headlines, then deletes the transcript. When the Frix bot recorded the meeting, Frix also asks Recall.ai to delete the recording. If something goes wrong while Frix is reading, the transcript is kept only until you retry or ask us to remove it.
What Frix keeps: your team’s name and email, the decisions with their owners and dates, the to-dos and the work Frix drafted for them, anything you change or approve, your scorecard numbers, and what happened 30 days after each decision.
The Frix bot joins under the name Frix, shows a Frix card on screen, posts a note in the meeting chat saying why it is there, and leaves when anyone says “Frix, leave”. While it is in the call, Frix listens only for that and for “Frix, wrap up”; nothing from the live feed is stored. When you record in the room, your browser’s own speech service (Google in Chrome, Apple in Safari) turns speech into text on the way to Frix, and Frix never receives the audio. Recording laws differ by state and country, and some require every participant’s consent, so please tell the people in your meeting that Frix is taking notes. Keep HR, legal and deal meetings out of Frix.
Shared without your name. On the free plan, your team’s decisions and their results join a pool with no company name, person or email attached, so Frix can learn which decisions work for teams like yours. Frix only shows a pattern from that pool once five or more teams back it. Frix Pro includes private mode, which keeps your decisions out of the pool.
Frix also watches the public web pages, job postings, press releases and SEC filings of well-known companies to spot the business decisions they make. That covers companies only and holds nothing about you.
Agent sites in Frix
If you build a site with Frix for agents, we keep what you tell Frix — your name, brokerage, license number, state, market, story and contact details — the photos you upload, the brand and copy Frix makes, and your answers to its questions. Your published site shows only what you chose to publish, at fracs.io/agent/your-name. Taking it down puts it offline; ask and we delete all of it.
People who contact an agent through their site. When someone uses the contact form on an agent’s site, we receive their name, email address, phone number if they give one, and their message, plus a one-way hash of their IP address that we use only to stop spam. We email it to the agent and list it in the agent’s private editor. The agent decides what happens next. We do not contact that person or use their details for anything else.
What arrives on its own
Our host attaches your IP address, your browser’s user-agent string and the page you came from to each form submission. We use analytics to count which pages get read, and we run visitor-identification software, described in its own section below.
None of that loads if your browser asks it not to. If you send a Do Not Track or Global
Privacy Control signal, our tracking script exits before it loads anything — no
analytics, no identification, nothing recorded for your visit. You can also switch it off
yourself by setting a cookie named fracs_optout to 1 on this
domain.
Visitor identification
We run our own software, called LeadLens, built and operated by Primortul LLC — the company that owns Fracs. It is not an aggregate analytics tool, and we would rather say so than let a neutral-sounding name do the work.
For each visit it records the pages you look at and the page that linked you here. It then attempts to work out who you are: technical details of your visit, including your IP address, are matched against a third-party data provider, People Data Labs, which may return an organisation and — where its data allows — an individual, with a name, a job title, an employer, and business contact details. Where a match is found we keep that record, it is visible to us in a dashboard, and it may be emailed to us.
The same software runs on other websites operated by Primortul LLC, and records may be associated across them.
It sets no cookies, and it honours Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends either, nothing loads and nothing is recorded for your visit. Most browsers can send Global Privacy Control and several do by default. You can also just ask us to delete whatever we hold about you — see below — and we will, without asking why.
Who else handles it
We are a small company and we use other companies to run parts of this. Each one is named here with what it actually gets, because “our trusted partners” is not a disclosure.

Google Analytics runs here under Consent Mode v2 with advertising storage denied by default, which means we are not building advertising audiences from your visit or following you across other websites.
What we never do
- We do not sell your information. Not to data brokers, not to anyone.
- We never train a model on your meetings. Frix learns only which decisions and which drafts worked, from the records described above.
- We do not show your list to anyone outside the companies above. Inside Fracs it is read by the people who would do the work. A Frix draft is only shown to readers when you send it to a Panel. Customer seats on a Panel may be read by other founders using Frix; they see that one finished piece and nothing else about you, not even your email.
- We do not add you to a marketing list because you used the form. Sending us a list gets you an answer about that list. If we ever start a newsletter you will have to ask for it.
- We do not chase you. There is no automated follow-up sequence behind the form. Frix teams get the recaps, meeting-day notes and 30-day checks that Frix itself runs on.
How long we keep it
- Form submissions stay in our host’s dashboard until we delete them. We clear out submissions that did not become work after two years.
- Frix drafts and reads are kept so your private link keeps working and so Frix can learn from what worked. Ask and we delete them.
- Meeting transcripts are deleted as soon as Frix has read them. Decisions, to-dos, drafts and scorecard numbers are kept while your team uses Frix. Ask and we delete them.
- Agent sites and the inquiries sent through them are kept while the site exists, live or offline, so nothing is lost if hosting lapses. Ask and we delete them.
- Email stays in our mailboxes on the same footing as any other correspondence.
- Client records are kept for as long as you are a client and for seven years after, because our accountant and the IRS both want them that way.
- Analytics is retained for 14 months, which is the setting on the property.
Your choices
Email hello@fracs.io and ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion — including anything LeadLens has matched to you. We will do it, and we will answer within 30 days. You do not have to give a reason and it does not have to be phrased as a legal request.
If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah or another state with its own privacy law, those laws give you the rights above in more words, and several of them give you a right to opt out of profiling. We apply all of it to everyone rather than checking where you live first. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it. If you would rather we did not try to identify you, sending Global Privacy Control from your browser stops it before anything is recorded, and emailing us has the same effect.
If you are in the UK or the EU: we process what you send under legitimate interest for answering an enquiry, and under contract once you become a client. The same email address gets you access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data.
Security, and its limits
The site is served over HTTPS, the services above are accessed with credentials held outside the codebase, and access inside Fracs is limited to the people who need it. That is a real standard of care and it is not a guarantee. No website can promise perfect security, and we would rather say so than claim otherwise.
Children
This is a service sold to businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this changes we will change the date at the top. If it changes in a way that affects information you already sent us, we will email you about it rather than relying on you to re-read this page.
