What's in it.

The paperwork

Your LLC filed in your state, with the state fee passed through at cost. An EIN from the IRS, a single-member operating agreement, and a registered agent in your state for year one through our registered agent partner.

Looking open

A domain in your name, an email address that matches it, and a one-page website with a contact form, live on your domain.

Getting found

Your Google Business Profile set up and submitted for verification, a launch graphic, and an announcement email to the people you know.

Month one of Fracs

After launch, 8 credits of senior help for whatever's next on your list. About eight hours of work. Keep going at $299 a month, or stop.

Wherever you are

We're based in Des Moines and everything runs online: one order page, one onboarding form, and email when you need us.

Everything is yours

The domain, email, site, accounts and files are in your name from day one. If you leave, all of it leaves with you.

Live in 7 days, or month two is on us.

The clock starts when your state approves your LLC and your onboarding form is in. Live means the site is up on your domain, your email works and your Google listing is submitted.

Questions.

Do you file my LLC in Iowa?

No. Your LLC is filed in the state where your business is, with that state's Secretary of State. Fracs is based in Iowa; your company isn't formed there unless you choose Iowa.

How much is my state's filing fee?

It depends on the state. We pass it through at cost and it's charged with your launch-day balance, with no markup.

Who is my registered agent?

Your LLC needs an agent with an address in your state. We set one up for year one through our registered agent partner. After that, renew with them or switch to anyone you like.

Does my state have extra rules?

Some do, like annual reports, franchise taxes or publication requirements. We put the dates we know of in your compliance calendar. Whether a rule applies to you is a question for an attorney or accountant in your state.

I already filed my LLC. Is this still for me?

Yes. We skip the filing and give you a brand starter (wordmark, colours, brand sheet) and a compliance calendar. Same price, no state fee, same seven days.

Do you give legal or tax advice?

No. Fracs is not a law firm. We handle the filings and setup with the information you give us. Read the agreement.
