For when it's your problem again
The site is down. The form stopped sending. The deck is due tomorrow and the numbers changed. Type what happened — broken and urgent work never costs a credit, on any plan including the free one.
Free to try — no card, no call
Broken things never cost a credit.
Not on Sprint, not on Walk, not on the free one. Broken work carries no surcharge and no after-hours rate, because charging more at the worst moment is a strange way to run a service.
You type what happened. It starts the same day. You get told what it was, what we changed, and whether it can happen again.
If the fix turns out to be a bigger piece of work — a rebuild rather than a repair — you see that number before anyone starts on it.
Work that isn't broken gets sized in credits instead — one credit is about an hour of expert work: a quick fix is 1, an update 2, a new piece 5, a build 12. You always see the size before anything starts.
Typing the list is free either way. If you'd rather the next one was somebody else's problem, Walk is $299 and includes eight credits every month; Embedded and Partner start at $3,999 when you need capacity rather than credits. If you'd rather fix this one and leave it there, that's fine too. Every plan cancels in one email.
Broken work starts when we read it, and most of it is closed inside the day. Anything that needs a host, a registrar or a bank on the phone takes as long as they take.
The free plan costs nothing and takes one sentence. Type it in and you get the read on it and the price before you decide anything.
Then the first message is us telling you exactly which access we need and why. No access, no work — we don't guess our way into a live site.
Most of them are somebody's fault. It doesn't change what happens next.
