For the newsletter you keep not sending
You talk, we write. You approve, we send. The newsletter you’ve been meaning to start since January — actually in inboxes this month.

Consistency beats brilliance — and consistency is our job now.
Every month you do interesting work, and every month it goes nowhere because writing it up is the first thing that falls off the list. That’s not a discipline problem. It’s a seat that was never filled.
The rhythm is simple: we pull from what you already have — recent jobs, a voice note, ten minutes on the phone — draft it, design it in your look, and you approve before it sends. Your voice, your name on it.
One campaign email is a New piece (5 credits). Walk is eight credits a month, so an issue every month fits with room to spare — and if you want the newsletter plus the rest of the list, Jog’s sixteen leaves eleven over.
Everything else gets sized in credits: a quick fix is 1, an update 2, a new piece 5, a build 12. You always see the size before anything starts.
Run out mid-month? Credits are $39 each as a member ($49 without) — always asked, never surprise-billed. One credit is about an hour of expert work, and credits expire at the end of the month. Embedded and Partner start at $3,999 a month when you need capacity rather than credits. Every plan cancels in one email.
Then that’s step one — collecting the addresses you already have into something sendable. It’s usually an Update (2).
Ten minutes: a voice note, a forwarded email, or a quick call. We turn it into the issue; you say yes or fix one line.
Whatever you have. If you have nothing, we’ll set one up and you’ll see any cost before it exists.
