For the site that’s three launches behind
Send your changes in a doc, an email, a voice note — around mid-month works beautifully. They’re live in a day or so. That’s the entire process.

A website isn’t a project. It’s a rhythm — and rhythms are what we’re for.
The site was perfect the day it launched, and it’s been drifting ever since: old prices, the service you stopped offering, team photos with people who left. None of it is hard. All of it is unstarted.
The rhythm that fixes it forever: around the middle of the month, send everything — a doc, a thread of emails, screenshots with arrows. We sort it, size it, and ship it, usually inside a day or two. You get a note saying what changed.
Most monthly rounds are Updates (2 credits) and the odd New piece (5) — so Walk ($299) covers a quiet month and Jog ($579) covers a busy one. Credits expire at the end of the month, and anything actually broken is free on every plan, so a light month costs you the membership and nothing else.
Everything else gets sized in credits: a quick fix is 1, an update 2, a new piece 5, a build 12. You always see the size before anything starts.
Run out mid-month? Credits are $39 each as a member ($49 without) — always asked, never surprise-billed. One credit is about an hour of expert work, and credits expire at the end of the month. Embedded and Partner start at $3,999 a month when you need capacity rather than credits. Every plan cancels in one email.
Doesn’t matter — WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify, something handmade in 2016. If it renders in a browser, we can keep it current.
It comes back sorted and sized, biggest things flagged, and you choose what ships this month. Anything you don’t pick moves to next month’s list.
Broken is free. Always, on every plan. Broken things are never a billing event.
