For the leads going cold
Enquiries answered while they’re still warm, a welcome series that sends itself, and a contact list that stops being a junk drawer. Type it — it’s handled.

Speed is the whole game — and speed is a system, not a personality trait.
The enquiry that gets answered within the hour closes. The one that waits until Friday doesn’t. You know this; the problem was never knowing it — it was being in a client meeting when the email landed.
We set up the pieces that make follow-up automatic: a reply that goes out fast and sounds like you, a welcome series for new contacts, reminders that surface the leads going quiet before they’re gone.
A single campaign email is a New piece (5 credits). The full welcome series, wired up and sending, is a Build (12) — inside one month of Jog. After that it’s upkeep rather than construction, and Walk’s eight a month covers it.
Everything else gets sized in credits: a quick fix is 1, an update 2, a new piece 5, a build 12. You always see the size before anything starts.
Run out mid-month? Credits are $39 each as a member ($49 without) — always asked, never surprise-billed. One credit is about an hour of expert work, and credits expire at the end of the month. Embedded and Partner start at $3,999 a month when you need capacity rather than credits. Every plan cancels in one email.
You don’t need one to start. If it turns out you’d benefit, we’ll say so and set it up — and we’ll tell you the cost before anything is bought.
The first reply buys time in your voice; the real answer still comes from you. Nobody gets a robot pretending to be a human.
That’s usually the first job — an Update (2) to sort it, dedupe it, and tell you what’s actually in there.
